 Perry Muller - Chairman, Director, President
Mr. Muller serves as president for numerous corporations involved in the transportation and agriculture industry. He has extensive management experience and has been involved in transportation and the procurement of raw materials for the past 20 years. Mr. Muller was voted President of Win-Eldrich following the 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
 Fernao Ferreira - Director
Mr. Ferreira is a retired reinsurance executive with 40 years experience in all aspects of company management, financial activities and contract negotiations. Mr. Ferreira has been a director of several companies.
 William Sheridan - Secretary, Director
Mr. Sheridan was called to the Ontario Bar in 1972, and has been a partner of Lang Michener LLP since 1974. He is listed in the "Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada", and is recognized as a leader in the field of mining law. Mr. Sheridan has been a director of several public companies.
 Pete Winn - Geologist, Director
Mr. Winn, MS Geology, has been an officer and director of several mining companies over the past 25 years. He has experience with exploration, development, mining and milling operations for many types of ores, including both metal and non-metals and marketing of final products.
 Kenneth Ripley, Director
Mr. Ripley played a critical role in the financing and contruction of the Ashdown Molybdenum Mine and Mill.
 Earl Harrison, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Harrison played a critical role in the financing and contruction of the Ashdown Molybdenum Mine and Mill.

Mr. Brant had over 50 years exposure to the mining world beginning with his association with Lakeshore Gold Mines (Lac Group of mining companies). He earned his B.A., B.Comm., and M.Comm. in Business Administration and Economics from Saskatchewan and Toronto universities.
